error 500 - server down

Hello,

It was brought to my attention that one of our learners is having difficulty accessing Branch Track receiving the error 500. If there is a workaround or a time that I can tell them it would be back up, that would be wonderful. Thank you!

  Hi Lauren,

  Please send me the link the user is using to access the BranchTrack sim. What happens when you try to access the sim on your side?

  I am unable to access on my side as well.
